I am looking for a company or individual that has developed a full-blown multiple followup autoresponder system that will work with both Windows and Linux systems. To work with both systems, I assume the autoresponder will have to work with both BlantMail (CronJobs) and/or POP3. I don't know the specific details but I am sure that the email backend will require two types of mail handling...one for Windows and the other for Linux.
I have a suite of eCommerce software applications that I would like to integrate an autoresponder system with. If you are familiar with autoresponders, I want this system built similarly to <[url removed, login to view]>. I can give you the interface design sample.
The application can be done in ColdFusion (MS Access but prefer SQL), PHP (w/MySQL), [url removed, login to view] or comparable programming language. I prefer that you not do this in PERL or CGI. They are too slow and will not handle largest database activity for my suite of products.
There must be a minimum capability of at least 50 followup message capability in the autoresponder system. If you need to see a demo of VarPro, I can supply you with my username and password of my copy of VarPro.
I am looking to start this project no later than within 30 days.
Please do not bid if you have never delt with email handling and/or autoresponder development. It would be a waste of your time and mine.
Please give me an estimate of the time requirements to develop the autoresponder and please be conservative in your estimate. If you think it will take 60 days, you might up that timeframe. Nothing irritates me more than to get a promise for a delivery date and then that date gets extended for two more months.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
Would like to have this run on both Windows and Linux but Windows is my priority. It should be able to be run on Windows 2000 Server and 2000/2003 Advanced Server.
