The application needs to be developed in a [url removed, login to view] environment utilizing a SQL Server 7/2000 backend.
This project needs to reproduce two sided marketing response cards in a PDF format. The application will have access to a set of jpg images that were created by scanning both sides of the original response card, and the set will contain two images for each card - one front and one back.
The user will need to print large groups of these cards at onc, so the application will need to be able to loop through many files in a given directory and process them all. The PDF resultant PDF file will be printed on a double sided printer. There will be three images (8.5 inches X 3.5 inches) per page, and each image on the front of the document will have to be matched up exactly with its matching back image on the reverse side.
In the end, the user will be printing on a perforated paper so they can punch out each of the three cards per page after they print and the cards will be a front and back replica of the card that is originally scanned in.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
The object will be called by and [url removed, login to view] application running on a webserver using win2K.
