Database Driven Site Code and Front-End

This is a database driven site that needs to be developed. It must include all the functionality in the specification document (look attached) and a VERY GOOD front-end and graphical [login to view URL] main modules: Seller, Buyer and Admin. It is important that you understand that the visual aspect of the site must be professional and of high quality just like as the code itself. I will only grant this project to a developer that is able to create robust applications and impressive front-end (interfaces). I prefer the application in ASP with SQL200 as backend, but I am open to suggestions. Important details: 1) Schedule - It is important that coder understands the urgency and strict nature of the timeline. All work must be completed and accepted on March 7, 2006 or before. Otherwise the project loses value to me. I can grant extensions ONLY if additional things are added. However ALL items in the specifications MUST be completed by March 7 2006. This includes testing and integration so make sure you understand this. 2) Portfolio - I will only grant this project to those developers that provide portfolio showing your work. This includes front-ends and code. 3) I will only consider those developers that have a good rating and job history at Rent-A-Coder. 4) Functionality of the site is exactly what you see in the design [login to view URL] will be some different terminolgy and wording, but the functionality is fully specified in the document. However for formalities and complaince, the developer must sign a Non-Disclosure agreement before the project is accepted. 5) You must use CSS to ensure consistency and look of site elements. 6) Code must be secure and reliable 7) Test the code for robustness and browser compatiblity 8) Must support code for a period after deployment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
