This vet is performing a study that will require each animal to make a visit to the vet every 10 weeks for a max total of eight visits per animal over the course of the study. The vet wants to record information about each animal for each visit. Therefore, each animal that visits the veterinarian will have anywhere from 0 to 8 visit records.
