DotNetNuke 3.x Module Development(repost)

A possible long-term project opportunity that will involve developing modules for the open-source portal application [url removed, login to view] . This project is for developers with a current knowledge of DNN 3.x architecture and development. We expect a high-level of communication to ensure requirements are understood - if in doubt then please ask. We are in need of a full-functional User Group module to allow users to create their own groups and add users to them. Please see the attached document for more information. Upon acceptance, we will provide you with full fields/screenshots and a sample module with source code to demonstrate the DNN standards, naming conventions and format we expect you to follow. If you work is of the required high-standard then we look forward to a possible working relationship in the future, if desired. Please bear the following in mind BEFORE bidding. We expect very high standards of code and you will need to adhere to the following: • Must be proficient in DNN 3.x and have full knowledge of interfaces and DNN database standards. Knowledge of ASP.NET web development using Visual Studio 2003 and SQL Server 2000 is essential. • Follow DotNetNuke 3.x standards using interfaces and core methods where required • Fully localized with all fields, emails and help text in resource files (Text to be defined) • Well commented code • Use of our custom controls - Datagrid for paging and sorting - we will provide you with documentation and examples • No DotNetNuke Core changes • C# and MS SQL 2000 only • MS SQL data provider with install and uninstall scripts following DotNetNuke/best practice guidelines: dbo.aspnet_*, [url removed, login to view], {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}table, {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}storedprocedure • Use only default DotNetNuke CSS classes for all html tags

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program for DotNetNuke 3.x in private assembly form (i.e. ready to be installed) as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4.) All source code, copyright and distribution rights to source code will be owned by us when the module is completed and paid for. 5.) DNN Module must follow DNN Standards and install script standards 6.) DNN Module must meet all requirements as specified
