Drug and Alcohol Program

I am working on a CSLA based framework to process drug and alcohol tests. I am looking for a programmer who can contribute to the design and development of this project and is willing to work both in a team enviroment as needed and on their own on individual parts of the system as assigned.

The project is being developed in VB.net 2.0 (Visual Studio 2003) with 2 windows interfaces, 2 web services and integration with a Dot Net Nuke website.

The project will require developing a complex security protocol and meeting several milestones that have been set.

The goal of the project is to combine 3 diffrent systems/processes into one interface and is somewhat still under the design process.

Serious bidders only please.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

This project will require knowledge of SQL Server 2000. We will be working with an exsisting database that we will have little control over.

We will be designing a web interface for the company employees, vendors, clients, and auditors. The web interface for the clients, vendors, auditors will need to be integrated with a DOT Net Nuke website.

Web interface will include reporting of test results, view scans of paperwork submitted by client and vendors regarding testing processes.

Vendors will need to see collections assigned to them and be able to report test results and collection statuses.

The primary program will run on Windows XP computers and use windows domain for the security protocols. The program must track and process all drug and alcohol test, to include auto emailing, faxing, and printing of test results to clients in accordance with client protocols.

System must track and maintain client and vendor information. Client information is structured as a 3 tier account system (master account, account, and location).

System must also include reporting features using Active Reports 3.0, Microsoft Word and Excel Integration.

I am looking for someone who is willing to contribute to the development of this system in whole or part.
