We need to integrate a support ticket system to our site so our clients can send us tickets when they are having problems with one of the services we offer.
Among the alternatives we wish to use SmarterTrack ([url removed, login to view]).
The basic idea is that the clients log in our website. Then, when they are log in they will see a link for requesting tickets. When they press this link they must be either redirected to SmarterTrack system, or to a web form that will send the emails to SmarterTrack (which will later parse them).
Our site is coded in ASP.
