ftp Upload and Web Reporting

We require a program (in VB6) to allow users (about 20 of them) to upload their files to a web server. Each user will have a folder allocated to him on the server. Each user will set up the paramters for ftp upload once, and this is saved in some sort fo configuartion file. Then, once a week the user uploads 2 database files (Microsoft Access) to the server. (These files contain information about the user's job calendar and invoices sent out). Each file will range in size from 20Mb to about 120Mb.

Once the files have been uploaded, we want to be able to write a program that wille extract invoice information from 2 tables in one of the datanbases and create a report showing the total sales for the period, and the commission due to the franchisor. (This could possibly be wrtten in ASP.NET, or the master user could download the data and run the report from their desktop with an app that runs on the local machine.)

Please let me know your ideas on how you'll implemet the project, whether any external libraries are requires, and the estimated time to complete the project, as well as your bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The "Client" program (the ftp upload) runs on Windows XP, Windows 200x or Windows Vista.

The server is a Windows-based machine, and has capabilities to run ASP or ASP.NET
