This should be a fairly easy job for someone that has experience developing HelpDesk systems and knowledgebases.
We are looking for complete end-to-end knowledgebase, live chat, email and helpdesk ticketing system.
We already have a very powerful search engine done in ColdFusion that could serve as the base starting application for the knowledgebase. If you do not have knowledgebase development experience, please do not bid. I will not approve your bid.
We already know that there are good third part chat and email systems out there so please don't bother telling us it takes $1000 to develop these. We already know better.
Finally, we would like to have a helpdesk ticketing system for web-based businesses and want all four of these items integrated into one support system. You must also have excellent design and form development skills.
We are willing to consider the entire system in ColdFusion, PHP or ASP.NET only. We prefer CFMX Enterprise first then ASP.NET second. Our last choice would be PHP and MySQL.
I will be taking bids for three weeks only. I definitely want to see samples of your eCommerce software and design work.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
This will be running on Windows 2000 Server or Advanced Server platform. This is why we prefer ColdFusion or .NET application development.
