I am looking for an application to be written to manage my small helpdesk team. I have seen something similar done with Infragistics but it could be done in any format you like as long as it looks smart.
<[url removed, login to view]>
The basic application tracks the daily work done by each agent on the helpdesk (number of calls taken, talk time, etc) as well as holiday taken, tasks completed etc. On top of this the application will need to record information such as general incidents which have occurred on the helpdesk such as servers crashing, roll out of applications etc which might have caused the volume of calls to go up.
The purpose of the application is to be able to track our daily workloads and see what trends we have and who is doing what for how long. The application should then be able to run very simple reports to view the individual information as a whole. (Example, add all calls taken by each agent into a final total, add up all of the hours worked, hours lost to tasks and so on)
I will only accept bids form coders with 8+ rating and have MSN or Skpe
