Install shout boxes!

I need clone-able shout boxes, so that I can add one where ever I want with a simple code. I know their are some out there, but I dont know how to install the system, etc..

An example of a shout box would be found here [[url removed, login to view]][1] (Check the box in the bottom right corner, however the one I want should not need any sort of login. Just type your name, your email or website and your message (200 char max))

I seen a few templates for them, I shoult not be hard to find one.
