This product has generated more then 10 million dollars in revenues for me over the past 3 years. It is a project/process/procurement enterprise management system that has been utilized by companies such as:

My procurement system has handled over 300 million dollars in transactions since 1999.

I am looking for marketing and sales professionals that can go out and open accounts and sell this product for me. I am willing to pay up to 45 percent of the sales proceeds of any sale. I am willing to train anyone on the product and provide all the necessary technical support to assist your sales process. I will attend any sales calls that you deem necessary any where in the country. I am looking for communicators who know how to get in front of people and sell themselves first and then the product. I have learned by experience and I have made millions doing it this way that Websites do not close sales people do.

This is a very powerful, feature rich, high end web application that is totally vertical in design and covers everything from the design, survey, electronic bidding, contract, workflow, construction management, procurement, inspection, closeout, accounting, reporting and charting and full security and administration functions for medium and large scale projects.

One specialty market place that I focused on was the ERATE Federal government yearly 5 billion dollar grants to all the Public Schools across America. This money is given out every year for schools to do LAN/WAN implementations. I have developed a flavor of the application that is specifically designed to assist the schools to manage these large-scale construction projects. I also have a flavor for attorneys and investigators for forensic case management.
