This is a post on behalf of a client of mine. I'm not sure about the ins and outs of how it should operate but I'll answer any questions you may have. I'm looking for programmers who are fluent in English. Not sure which language this should be done in so I'm open to suggestions. Below is the minimum requirement needed to maintain CV’s and make accessible for users to recruit / fill jobs as required. Ability to scan CV's and certifications in any format Usable with CV’s that have been emailed, again in any format, word, MS Works etc... Identify Names, Address, and telephone numbers Identify key words for Trade and Cert allocation Identify additional key words i.e. supervisor, Manager Etc Search process for example - I need a welder from Glasgow, with Tig and Mig cert and Supervision experience Printable reports from those records searched and recall of relevant CV’s Capacity to hold 6000+ CV’s with ability to update records when updated CV’s and Certs arrive and alert for duplication. Possible mail merge features to allow mailers to candidates or for references. The above is solely to maintain the recruitment process.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
