I am looking to build a simple application.
The User will go to a website and make a purchase.
Then, on completion will be taken to a 'success page' and fill in a form.
The form will contain some information fields and an email 'template'
;Buyers Paypal address
;Buyers Paypal receipt number
;Email Subject Line:
The information in these fields will then need to be stored in a MYSQL database upon submit.
Also on submit -- A pre formatted email (alert) is to be sent to an 'Admin Email Address'
The email alert needs to contain the information submitted (above) and be sent to a static Email address (mine)
Then, via an admin log in, I will need to be able to view the information submitted and 'Approve/decline' the information.
Upon Approve - the member receives an email (standard) from me - stating the information has been approved.
Also upon approve -
The system will need to go through a 'mirrored' process of logging into up to 15 websites, and 'copy and pasting' the information from the database into these websites.
I see this as a firefox plugin or similar - Where I can go through a 'new site setup wizard' and the system records my movements as I log into these different sites, URL, username, password, where I click on the screen fields to be populated etc. and stores this information.
These websites are all 'Email sending websites' so the end result would be that the email sent to me by the member, after payment, gets approved and then automatically submitted to the other websites that are setup in the system.
Once the submissions have taken place - the member would then recieve an email stating that their emails have been submitted.
I already own the website with the management of the 'members and payments.
The script is written in PHP and is known as 'Butterfly Marketing'
