I want an [url removed, login to view] 2.0 web page created that will allow an anonymous user to upload multiple files to our server. I will need:
1 - a basic page where users will enter name, address.
2 - select files to upload (max. 20) or remove items from list.
3 - Press upload button where folder will be created on server and all files selected will be uploaded into new folder.
4 - Progress will be displayed to user.
5 - Upon completion an email will be sent notifying our department and display upload complete.
See attached for general screen layout. Project is very straight forward. Very similar to this control with a few modifications:

I will also need a 2nd page that will upload a single photo based resize and then download to the users computer:
1 - User selects item from drop down list.
2 -User selects file on local pc to resize.
3 - User clicks resize, file is uploaded, resized, and then downloaded to computer.
Drop down item list is stored in xml config file so that I can Add/modify items. Ex.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
