Something already created - unless you are a really fast and talented programmer and want to create it from scrach. I am not crazy about PHPFox, PHP Gold, HandShakes, AlstraSoft E-Friends UNLESS you can heavily modify it so that it looks just like MySpace. It must look just like MySpace, and be compatible with MySpace profile editors. This is key IT MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH MYSPACE PROFILE EDITORS. For this project, you have 1 week to create/modify the script AND ADD the following additions: 1- a member invite tracking program simply gives points to members for each new friend that they invite who joins. The site must have a great Admin page that allows webmaster to see stats on hits, logons, new joins, by day, week, month, to date. Admin page will also allow add/subtract member points and list total points issued. Admin page will have the other features that PHPFox, PHP Gold, HandShakes have. 5. You will customize the site to look HOT, with logo, 2 or 3 banners, and color schemes to my description. Graphics will be very easy. Only 4-5 custom graphics. PART 2 THE JOB If you are successful with part 1, you get the job. Only bid on this project if you want the job. The job responsibilities: -maintenance and modification of website- all programming, graphics, database etc .everything that is on the server -Server administration responsible for managing dedicated server(s) -After the site is running smoothly, much of your time will be spent keeping content fresh and exciting, managing forums, groups, questions/complaints from site, and socializing with members. -SEO -Aggressive internet marketing increasing membership. -You will work with our current team of 3-5 members and provide cutting edge ideas, programming, marketing and overall service. Hours: 20 - 40 hours per week. Five 4 to 8-hour days per week with emergency out-of-hours contact, if required. You will work from your location. At least half of your work day must be between 8 am to 9 pm New York Time (if full time. If part time all hours must be during those hours. During the trial period, you will a have a remote desktop program working at all times so that we can monitor your work at all times. Hardware: Candidate must have a recent, fully functioning PC Running Windows XP Pro. Internet: Candidate must have a reliable, always-on broadband Internet connection. Most communication will be done through an IM client and webcam. Experience: Must have at least two years professional programming experience. Language: Excellent written and oral English skills are required. Salary: 800-3000 USD per month (full time).
