Need website clone

I need a clone made like this website [url removed, login to view]

What i need:

A backoffice, where the admin can log in and can change:

1. The menu items on the left and the menu items below the header. A dynamic menu management is required.

2. Add/edit/delete content pages, linked to the menus

3. Admin content posting should have a WYSIWYG editor, with support for images, audio, youtube style video with-in the post

A typical working:

1. Admin logs-in

2. Creates a page with some text and images and video

3. Chooses a menu category to put the page in.

4. Publish

I have tried couple of open source cms, but they are quite complex and i ont need all of their functionality. Just a simple online page post and menu manager is required. ASP based solution would be great but php is also acceptable.

This is URGENT, so i would appreciate prompt responses and solutions
