Specifications for Online Spreadsheet
1. Create for use through a webpage.
a. Must be able to change the location of the pages (move from server to server or use different domains)
2. Information should be stored in an access database or similar product.
a. Database must be available for download and edit
b. Must be able to add new fields or drop down menu options
The .gif file provided gives a general idea of the layout we require.
The bold print represents the category title for each column. The description is a basic idea of how the field will be used.
Name: The Name of the Client. The field should not be editable.
MLS Board: The MLS Board of the Client. The field should not be editable.
Date Added: Text Field. Input the date added to the system
Date Live: Text Field. Input the date the client’s MLS went live
Date Cancelled: Text Field. Input the date cancellation request was received
Date Deleted: Text Field. Input the date that the account was removed from the system
Contract: This will be a Drop Down Menu with the following options - Not Signed, Signed, No Contract
MLS Board Fee: Text Field. Input any fees charged by the MLS Board for Raw Data Feed
Status*: This will be a Drop Down Menu with the following options - Awaiting Contract from Client, Contract Sent to PanoSys, Awaiting MLS Approval, Awaiting Info from Adam, Awaiting Account Setup, Pending Cancel, Cancelled, Declined, Live
Notes: There should be a clickable “button” for the Notes for each individual client. The button will open a new window with a text area field for inputting information. This information does not need to display on the actual sheet, but it must save all information every time it is closed. There should be no character limit for the notes. The notes need to save for viewing in the future by any user clicking on the “button”.
*When the Status is changed, the entire line of client information will be moved to the appropriate category
• The selection in the Status Column will determine where the client and their information appears in any of the three lists:
o Pending Clients: Awaiting MLS Approval, Contract Sent to PanoSys, Awaiting Account Setup, Awaiting Contract From Client, Awaiting Info From Adam, Pending Cancel
o Live Clients: Live
o Declined/Cancelled Clients: Cancelled, Declined
The “Adding Clients” section will be used to input new clients into the database/lists.
1. Input the Client Name and MLS Board into the form
2. Click Submit
3. The form then populates the information into the “Pending Clients” list in a new Row
4. Each of the other categories will default to the specified items
a. Date Added: Current Date
b. Date Live: Blank
c. Date Cancelled: Blank
d. Date Deleted: Blank
e. MLS Board Fee: None
f. Contract: Not Signed
g. Status: Awaiting Contract From Client
h. Notes: Blank
This button will manually save the entire sheet
