Pay-secure RSS feed for a website

I want to start a website with a way of letting people subscribe to RSS feeds AND podcasts on a monthly basis (should be flexible on the subscription time). I know one can subscribe to a normal RSS feed or podcast by just pasting the RSS URL to a news aggregator or podcast aggregator.
What I need is a Script(s) /website that I can use to a run a system where I can charge people on a monthly, yearly basis. When someone's period expires, instead of receiving the RSS content or the podcast, he should receive a reminder to update his payment.
The proposed website would work like this; one creates an account, from which he can access his control panel. He would be able to preview the content available from the control panel and buy tokens/credit. Using the credit bought, one would be able to subscribe to as many tokens as he would want.
