I need a Visual Basic 6.0 class module that can merge multiple PDF files into one large PDF file. The code must be able to work on a machine that does NOT have Adobe Acrobat installed on it, so it must work with raw .PDF files. No other DLL or ActiveX component can be used... JUST Visual Basic code.
dim P as myPDFobject ' VB class object you create
set P = new myPDFobject ' ditto
[url removed, login to view] = "C:\NewLargePDFfile" ' file to be created - nonexistent or it can be written over
bolTest = [url removed, login to view]("[url removed, login to view]", "[url removed, login to view]", [url removed, login to view]") ' I can break this into class functions, such as [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] "[url removed, login to view]" etc. (putting them in an array).
.MergeFile is where I need the code to merge multiple PDF files (each PDF file will contain 1 OR MORE pages).
That's it. Just the ability to merge PDF files. Again, must manipulate the actual, raw *.pdf files since the user will NOT have adobe acrobat installed.
I can supply several sets of PDF files to test with if you need them.
