PPC Keywords Tool!

I need a tool (site) made like [login to view URL] [login to view URL], or keywordspy.com. I want this tool to be able to let users receive lists of keywords. For example if they type "gaming" a list of keywords with gaming will come up along with the KEI value, etc. They can then download the list, and use it for ppc marketing on google adwords or yahoo search marketing. Or if you can make a site like [login to view URL] where it picks up what each site is using as their keywords on google adwords or yahoo search marketing (their payperclick keywords that they are using). Basically it shows all the keywords that a site is bidding on. Please check out all 3 sites to see how they operate. It is a tool for PPC (pay per click) marketing.
