########################## To help to better understand the project here are some details: GOAL OF THE TRAVEL SITE Present properties available for tourist. Display properties on different ways: Display list of properties (Fe. 70 per page) without pictures with just main information! Display properties with 5 to 15 small pictures, and detailed display of selected property! Some search options: basic and avanced! Visitor want to contact property owner send an e-mail. E-mail goes to dbase and to property owner! USERS WHO POSTS INFORMATION TO DBASE OF THIS SITE User are travel agents (only one user name per agent) and private owners. Also e-mail request for property info will be saved to dbase! Travel agents and private persons could register automaticly (use new login and own password). PEOPLE VIEWING THE LISTINGS People who will visit pages will be tourists from Europe (mainly)! As well people who posts the listings! WHAT FUNCTIONS THE SITE SHOULD SERVE OTHER THEN ABILITY TO UPLOAD IMAGES AND ADD DATA User should be able to edit data and pictures (change data, delete data or pictures...) Pictures will be saved in DIRECTORY, not in the base! People will visit the site , find propert that are interested in and send e-mail requesting the available period of time! Price will be next to the pictures, just during the 12 months there are 6 different prices! Price is in EUR. That will be basic requirements and that is not much difference with Real Estate site, as is similar aproach to the project! I think that even both projects could be involved in one project as there are more common fields! Some aditional fields could have travel project in the poperty fields: Fe. distance from the sea, satelite TV, AIR cond. , 5 stars, etc... ADITIONAL TASK WILL BE NICE: Uploaded picture will be resized to 320 piksel and the small one to 120 pixsel. Small pic saved to tn directory and used for quick listings! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform asp and access , windows platform
