Compensation: $20/hr minimum (if you are hardcore we will increase it all the way to $40/hr) Technology: Currently, we are thinking of using Microsoft technology but if we find a reliable developer team that prefers open source we are open to that. Skill set: Of course to be able to do this project you should be very strong and experienced in the following or related. HTML, DHTML, XHTML CSS XML, XSL, XSLT .net, ASP, JSP, Cold Fusion, PHP C, C#, VB, JavaScript, Perl Flash, Actionscript SQL Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Most important We will own the rights to ALL code, procedures, modules, files, database, tables, data and other related technology built for this project worldwide Our policies requires a signed NDA that will be signed by hand faxed and mailed to us Note: As you can see, we will not be paying less than $20/hr so this project is only for senior or very creative developers that are solid and hardcore.
