Security Help Needed (SSL Http Posting to a web site)

I need someone who understands security in the MS .Net programming model (I belive it is almost the same as Interdev). I'm trying to make a POST to a secure website (https://) and I have to do this without the help of a browser. If you have done this before and understand it in terms of .Net programming I would like to hire you to help make the code below work for me. Here is my test code: The actual site address and value pairs are not real in this sample. Using this code I get the error "The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship with remote server." I have tried to add X509 certificates but that did not seem to help.
