Web Brief 6th Jan 2009 This document is intended to be the starting point for the NEW Involution web site. As the development proceeds new attributes are bound to be added / required. Overview: •Required for Involution UK & Involution Belgium (in three languages - French, Dutch and English) (All Shops have Language Packs) •To be database driven with the ability to add and remove products and to modify prices at each Involution office (All Shops are Data Driven) •Ability to produce quotes / sell plain garments on line and also to sell decorated garments on line – this will include the ability to pay via any type of credit card / paypal / electronic transfer ( This is standard in Belgium?) •The general feel of the current web site to be maintained and corporate colours to be used Cost: At the outset please provide costs for: •Web site development •Backend cost •Base it on the UK website for number of products – times 2 •For the Belgium site assume the number of products will double the final figure for the UK Price by the 12th Jan please. You are quoting against a web development site based in South Africa. Data: UK will provide discs that will have the all relevant Jpegs / PDF,s + pricing + Text description. Belgium will provide the same. We need to discuss format and style you need the data in. Timings: Working model end of Jan for UK. Final UK model mid Feb. French and Dutch end of Feb / European English version you can have another week or so.
