Skin for IPB Invision Power Board forum

Project: Invision Power Board Skin Bid only if you have some experience skinning for IPB (invision power board). I am looking for someone experienced with IPB Invision Power Board (and gallery mod). I need a "skin" created to my specifications. I am looking for a very simple skin. The skin will have very few graphics, will use subtle colors and a lot of nice layout design and neat interface. I am open to creativity, but I want the skin to work well, look professinal, easy to integrate, quick loading, savvy look. Take a good look at my current forum/site and the first thing you will note is that is already has a nice look and feel but it isn't what I am looking for. All pages should be easily printable from any computer. The output from PhP should be valid CSS/PHP/HTML/XML and should pass a CSS/HTML test with few errors. I may have some revisions and the final skin will be copyrighted to me only. I pay with paypal only. The time frame is 30 days to complete the project.
