SWF flash remake of QIX game

I need you to create a similiar game as in this flash url: <[login to view URL]> This is a QIX game. Here the modifications I need: 1) The game should only run if a specific config file is found next to it, with setup settings. Name of the config will be provided later 2) I do no need anything running after my cursor on the border. 3) I need to have balls circulating as in other arcade games inside the box. 3) In config file I will specify the list of JPG files that are backgound images for the box. The idea is to cut as much as possible from the box, to clear the area so the image on the backround for that box can be seen. 4) if the cursor object is succesful in cutting an area from the box, the background image should be visible for that are of the box. 5) The level is finished if the whole area is cleared. 6) Config file will have mp3 file that can be played in the backgound, all located in the same folder. 7) config file will have the link to url of the site that can run the flash script. 8) I need an about link, and rules of the game shown 9) Let me have unlimited number of levels, and with each level let have the number of balls in the box increase. LEt me control the speed of the balls and the number of balls for each level in config. the number of levels, image file names, mp3 file name and pathes to all files, number of balls and speed of them will be all configed per line in config. 10) Superplayermode, "cheat" codes to be set in config as well. 11) record user scores = on off in config, show location on the right top corner as per config file. 12) the game is one full screen swf, in IE, no menus, righ click menu only, if needed.
