Uploads and favourites

We need sombody to build and integrate a web based pdf upload/favourites tool in ASP (access database) into a training website we are building (dreamweaver html templates) There are 3 identical section on the site we need this functionality in: Insurance, Soft Skills and Computers. They all work in exactly the same way. All administrable in a password protected admin area (dreamweaver template supplied by us) We are giving the owner of the site the ability to add, modify and delete training courses when they want. There will be 2 file uploads per section along with 6 additional text fields: 1)Course title (text field) 2)Objective (max 250 characters) (text field) Upload PDF 1 3)PDF 1 Title (link to download file) (text field) 4)PDF 1 Filesize (text field) Upload PDF 2 5)PDF 2 Title (link to download file) (text field) 6)PDF 2 Filesize (text field) Also somebody using the site has the ability to add a course to their favourites (temporarily saves course title to a list that is pulled into enquiry form once ready to book a course) The user also has the ability to view/delete their favouries before enquiring. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP, Microsoft Access Database, Windows 200 server
