We are developing a residential VoIP service similar to Vonage, Lingo, and Packet 8. We are no where near as large or do we have their budget. We are a startup that will need some help in developing our public site. We have found a Flash/HTML template that we would like to use with some modifications. <[url removed, login to view]> First the major color will be an orange color with light gray and blue as accent colors. I would like to change the image of the man on the home page to a woman with a phone. I would also like to use other graphical elements similar to [url removed, login to view] for the home page to show different packages and features of the service. Once completed, the site should have all of the graphical elements for the major pages completed but without any text content. The txt will come later. What is needed is all of the packages that a customer can purchase should be defined and use flash or other gif/jpg appealing design. There may be about 3 different pages once done that will be used as templates for all of the other pages for the site. Please use the following sites as examples [url removed, login to view] I like [url removed, login to view] best, but the template that we will purchase from [url removed, login to view] above should be used as the base of the design.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
