Web Surfing Program II

I have a client that is looking for someone that can create a simple program that will visit predetermined sites a specific number of times. They want the visits to appear from a different IP address on each click. If you are familiar with such applications we would love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of this project, payment will be held in Ecsrow until program is varified.
