We have a fully installed and functional Asterisk server installed in a hosted site in Manchester.
We have around 50 Linksys SPA 942 phones working on the system installed in various locations around the South West of the UK on differing broadband connections.
Our users complain of echo, poor call quality and phones regularly deregistering.
We require assistance in removing all of these problems. Problem areas may include the server's asterisk configuration, choice of server hardware, the server's connection to the internet backbone as well as phone configuration and the individual user's broadband connection.
We can provide remote access to the server. We will also require details of what was causing the problems, the steps taken to fix them and your general opinion of our setup.
Successful applicants will have to prove their experience with the asterisk system being used as a standalone telephone exchange.
