Fake Traffic Generator

Hi I have a project that I want to do. The software/product should be exactly like described in this post [login to view URL] I have tried to get this project done many times here but 3 times the provider did not come through and I lost my money. 4th time I got a I-Faker reseller product. I want someone who can provide a custom build of the software described in the above project post. If you can't make the software do exactly as described don't bid. You should also be able to create a custom website for reselling this product. The name for the product will be notified to the winning bidder. The total project includes: Development of the software Creation of a website where I can sell this product. The website should include an affiliate/reseller section as well. The website should be automated in such a way that When a person purchases the product, they are registered as a user of the product and given a unique key that is only valid for that user. The affiliate section should also be automated. The affiliate signs up and is sent a confirmation email. They will then be able to log into the members area where they can get banners etc to promote the product to receive commission. Commission should be paid when the affiliate reaches $x and there should be a cooling period for each affiliate sale in order to minimize loss in form of chargebacks etc. The design should also include banners in various sized, logo etc. The website should be setup to receive top placing in the major search engines, so SEO work will also need to be done. The greater details of the complete project will be discussed with the winning bidder. We are only looking for proffessionals here. Payment will not be given until a working example of the software has been tried by us and screenshots of the website has been delivered. When this has been accomplished ½ of the payment will be given. After we have seen and tried the complete website etc the remaining ½ of the money will be given.
