OCR

I am looking for an Optical Character Recognition program to be made. The program will be 'reading' and image that is presented in a java applet. I have attached an example image and a picture of the client while the game is sleeping. The program must be able to read these words and input the text back into the box to wake the player when the fatigue level reaches 0%. Also i am needing an authorization system where a user must enter a username and password before they can use the program. I must be able to add and remove these from a webbased control panel.
