I would like to take bids from programmers experienced in XHTML to help me make a buggy site WC3 transitional (with the exception of items such reports that there is no attribute "WIDTH" etc.) and to degug some visual display problems in Netscape/Firefox. Also, we would like you to fix display problems with the Spanish characters in the langauge version. The website is located at: [url removed, login to view] and it is a Mambo based site. All pages accesible by the public (frontend) should be corrected and the resulting visual display should be pleasing.
You should have your own server on which you can work and test the files before sending them on to us to upload.
Please indicate a flat rate fee for the entire job after having examined the site.
Payment by Paypal within 3 days, after project is complete and files have been tested on our server for correctness. We will verify by visual tests in IE, Netscape and Firefox as well as submitting each page for validation at: [url removed, login to view]
Only programmers with considerable skill in XHTML and design should aplly as this should be a breeze for them.
