clone desktop tool and availability calendar

This desktop tool: - manages unlimited properties - keeps details of properties - Keeps an easy-to-view record of all booking enquiries - Keeps track of rentals Payments - Setup Alerts with booking reminders for payments and correspondence - Allows you to send standard emails or Letters to your customers for every stage of the booking process from Enquiry through to payments and final arrival - Full database backup & restore We need to make a clone of this desktop application and adapt it to our business a bit together with an online availability calendar for all properties, for admin and users.
