I have an automated screen scraping type application that is working with a number of websites. There is one website that is causing a problem in that IE crashes. This does not happen all the time and is sometimes difficult to recreate.
We have run Windbg to see what it gives us. The following error is reported "Frame ip not in any known module". My understanding is that this error is a bit of a red herring and I'm not sure where to go from here to track the problem down and resolve it.
We have a custom IE addons and a third party IE addon that will be discussed with the selected coder.
I need someone (possibly an expert in Windbg) to work with us to identify the source of the problem and ideally fix the problem but as a minimum you must be able to recommend a fix (if indeed a fix is possible).
Remote access to the PC will be available.
1) Document the source of the problem as described.
2) If the problem is fixable then the fix should be documented and carried out.
3) If it is impossible for the coder to fix then a recommended fix should documented fully.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
