Data Acquisition & Analysis Software

We need a software developed by C++ / Visual C for data acquisition and analysis. The software should be able to extract data from popular database (high volume of data), store them into local non-propretary database for further analysis and manipulation. The features and functionality should be similar to the following software available in market: <[login to view URL]> Please send us your professional fee required to develop the software, and the time table to deliver it. Our budget is approximately US$3000 to US$4000.- Our time table approximately 2 months. Payment will be done by bank wire transfer or western union to escrow account and will be released after the works are completed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform required for running the software: Microsoft operating systems (windows 9x, 200x). Database for local should be able to store high volume of data and should be able to process the data analysis and manipulation. We prefer to have DBMS engine itself for the software.
