360 degrees spheres whith tunnels and zoom.
I need someone who is familiar with graphics or knows very well how to do the following:
Programming should be done in C or/and Visual Basic 6.
1.- from two eye fish lens photos (>180 deg. high resolution) a virtual sphere will be created.
2.- the above sphere is connected to other spheres through a virtual tunnels which are
not more than points through wich we will get into other spheres.
3.- Zoom can be made to virtually get closer to the virtual sphere wall.
4.- mouse movement will allow to navigate around spheres.
5.- there is a photo database and other objects from where the program will get the info to navigate.
6.- if data input from database changes the navigation changes accordingly.
7.- Movement should be smooth and fast.
8.- A map of a site will be in one side of the sreen in order to facilitate movement from one sphere to another.
9.- If the type of the pair of photos in the database are not 360 then only a normal photo will be shown on the screen.
10.- More details after the bid is made by candidates.

Note: an improved version will also be done with new features, but this will be included in a new project.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
