Replicate Axelrod's second genetic algorithm, in which genotypes decode to strategies for the iterated prisoner's dilemma which are played against each other to determine [url removed, login to view] how your strategies evolve. This should include the coding of measures for reciprocated cooperation and punished [url removed, login to view] writeup should include details of your program design and implementation, and of your analysis of results, but need only be approx. 10 pages long plus sample output and source code listing, and need not include any background material about Axelrod's experiments or GAs in [url removed, login to view] program should be written in C.
