There is a local gym whose owner pays his personal trainers commission for every training session they provide for the gym members. He currently calculates every personal trainer's, approx 15, commission by paperwork, hand, and calculator. I need a program that will allow him to enter the personal trainer's name, the gym members name, the contract price, the personal trainer's commission of the contract price, and for when the contract is over to be removed. This needs to be a running total so for example if PT1 trains GM1 for 1 hour he gets X% commission + when PT1 trains GM3 for 2 hours he gets X% commission. This way at the end of the pay cycle he can easily calculate what he owes his personal trainers. ok so here is the process gym member Ann signs contract to have personal trainer Jill help her 1 hour a day Contract is paid in full and Jill receives X amount of commission on the contract sale price and the rest goes to the gym. well Jill has 14 gym members that all have different hours, different contracts, different commission percents, etc... so all of these are necessary to keep up with on a long term time table. this way her salary commission is calculated correctly. it would keep a running total of all of her gym members and all of her commission rates. when a gym member drops from the personal trainer program then Jill's commission for that gym member would be deleted because she is no longer training that individual. on a larger scale there are several personal trainers who have several different gym members. please let me know if the full idea and concept is clear.
