I need a Windows XP program that will send audio in realtime from a microphone, over TCP/IP (UDP is OK), to another Windows XP. The audio needs to be sent in Ogg/Vorbis format. The receiving Windows machine needs to play the sound as it receives it. Audio should not be saved on any of the machines.
The program should be written in C++ and require no special components such as DirectX or .NET infrastructure.
