Using a free game engine or free development engine like unity. I need some one to take a 3D model or a human and rig it up with an interface to move when some motion capture data is put in the system. I would like to do this real time. So as the user is walking we can see the animation on the screen. The motion capture system is using a low cost solution. as a result the know points are more fuzzy then normal. So some logic is need, such as not allowing arms to bend in half or leg to jump up on each other. Also some of the data is relative and some is absolute. for example the arms are relative and you will need to do invers kinematics but the head and chest are absolute. ? ? ? ?
