(Not so) Simple graphic application

Hi All, I want an application which draws on a TImage one graph with two functions ( a sin(X) graph and a cos(2X) graph for about 50 periods) . The size of the image is 800x600 pixels and the data (x, sin(X), sin(2x) is actually picked from a file with 800 lines (I use sinus functions only for convenience). The first graph has to be drawn in the top third of the TImage and the second one in the last third of the image. When I move the mouse over the graph, I need to have a horizontal bar and a verical bar which follow the mouse over the image. The mouse pointer has to be a dotted cross In a memo I want to see the value for X and the values for sin(X) and sin(2X). The mouse should move easily over the image (with no significant delays). I need the application done in Borland C++ Builder (v5 or 6). Please bid only if you've previously done this kind of work and you have experience with it.
