Open Office Developer

Open Office can read in MathML and output it in Flash in its presentation application. I've used it to create MathML Flash but I need a program which utilizes the Open Office libraries to perform this function as a command-line program in win2000/XP. This program should take the name of a file containing a piece of MathML and the name of a destination Flash file to write to. The flash file should be same dimensions as the MathML element it contains.

I'm not sure of the state of the OO MathML libraries - some minor adjustments may need to be made to ensure that it is rendering the MathML correctly. If this turns out to be a large issue, extra funds will be provided.

If bidding on this project, please state what experience you have with Open Office and what problems you forsee in doing this project. Thank you.
