PDF Viewer Plugin

Need a web browser plugin or standalone application to be called by web browser to render a PDF file with printing, zooming, page navigation and annotations capability.

The product should act like Adobe Acrobat Reader ([[url removed, login to view]][1]) with some of the capabilities of RealtimeProof ([[url removed, login to view]][2]). Speed of downloading and displaying large pdf files is a major factor.

If there is to be a standalone client then the client must be both Windows, MacOS Classic and MacOSX. Ideally the client is Java, Flash or no client all together.

For annotations the notes should be able to link to a MS SQL DB for storage.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).

If with downloadable Client then must support MacOS Classic, MacOSX and Windows platform. Ideally Java or Flash.
