PHP/Ajax LiveHelp application with GAIM support (or alternative
Orçamento $100-750 USD
Hi, We would like to provide a LiveChat or LiveHelp function on our website, where we can talk with our customers. The customer side of the LiveChat has to work in all browsers, even the ones that don't support javascript or have javascript disabled. For browsers that support Ajax the LiveChat application should use that, so that the LiveChat works very user-friendly where you can type stuff which is sent instantly (without pressing buttons), and you can see the text we type to our customers instantly. The agent side of the application needs to work on a Linux KDE platform. In such way that each support agent can be available and take LiveChat requests from our website. Each new request should be displayed on every's agent PC. Only one agent can take a call at the time, but options to transfer calls to other agents (with call history), and sending URL's to the client are preferable. The agent needs to authenticate himself with username and password (like for example ICQ or MSN protocol do). If possible we want to have the agent side into GAIM (or maybe Kopete). Other IM protocols like Jabber and such are allowed, using GPL code as base is allowed too. Suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
