The aim of this project is to have the Graphviz Neato library able to be called from the .Net 2.0 framework. The library is currently an open source (CPLv1.0) library written in C. Preferably this would be achieved by a /convert of the original C library to managed code (most likely MC++). Alternatively we may be interested in just creating a wrapper for the neato library. We would rather not do this unless justification can be made - i.e. significant financial savings. If you are bidding please state whether the bid is for a PORT or a WRAPPER of the Neato library. The library is Graphviz Neato [[url removed, login to view]]. Source code documentation is available at [url removed, login to view] and related files. NOTE: We only require the Graphviz NEATO library, and NOT the entire Graphviz library! The Neato library is released under a Common Public License, and work produced will be subject to this. There may also be further future work related to this project regarding unit testing, feature enhancements and integration with proprietary work etc.. But this is not certain and will be regarded, and offered, as completely separate work.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in compiled dll form as well as complete source code of all work done. The source code should have clear and concise comments and be maintainable by others
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, having at least the same functionality as the original library. Deviations from this will have to be explained in full.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). The coder should be aware that the original code is licensed under CPL v1.0 and should also abide by those restrictions.
The library is to be to work with the .Net 2.0 framework.
