6. Spam Email Filter Description Will need to work for Outlook 2000+ and Outlook Express 6+. There will be 4 components to this program. 1. Friendly Emails A list of permitted emails to accept. This will need to have a tool that will search the inbox, sent and all folders for previous emails… the user will be given the list and can checkbox which ones to accept/deny access. The tool will also pull emails from the Outlook address book. 2. Filters and Rules A user will be given access to create rules based on email, email domain, subject, and content to accept/deny. I also want the ability to include a list that I will develop as a standard. 3. Trash All denied emails will go to this folder. A user will be able to add or remove emails from this folder. 4. Spam the Spammer All denied emails will be collected in a database that can be used to send a blast email using the users SMTP properties, and send back a standard message, or customized per the user so the message would appear as an undeliverable email. Ability to identify email as spam if a filter does not catch it, or identify as not spam, which both will add to lists appropriately, an iHATESpam clone would be perfect.
