Create a program that? creates an extra taskbar on Windows Vista, complete with Start Button, system tray, etc.
I need steps on how I can create another instance of the Windows Taskbar (running from [url removed, login to view]). Normally, when Windows Explorer starts, it detects that another instance of Explorer is already running and a taskbar is already present. So it does not create another taskbar, and sends a message to the running [url removed, login to view] to create a new Explorer window browsing my documents. However, for this task, you'll need to somehow trick Windows Explorer into thinking that it's the only instance running and that it needs to create another taskbar. If you are able to reverse engineer, and know find out how to acieve this by patching Explorer, or by providing detailed steps on how to achieve this in a debugger, that will also work out for me.
