333194 Swoopo Bidder

First off this project can be written in any language you feel comfortable writing it in. I need a program that will watch a certain auction and when the timer gets to a pre-prescribed time (probably 2 seconds to close) place a bid using my swoopo account. This program will have to watch the timer as it resets every time there is a new bid. It does not need a fancy interface and preferable would be able to run in the background. If the web page needs to be open on the computer to make it function that is okay as well.
